Carretonan Multi-purpose Cooperative was organized on July 11, 2001 with an initial member of 24 Agrarian REform beneficiaries. through the livelihood training provided, the embers acquired skills and expertise and eventually started the project using the fund granted by the Department of Labor and Employment. Candle expression, as the name impled, expresses thoughts in each design in every occasion.
